Volunteering for Top Church Training

We couldn't do what we do without our amazing volunteers.

Our volunteers come to us for a variety of reasons. Some were clients who we encourage into volunteering as a way to move on in their lives and regain a sense of purpose. Some are looking to make a change in their lives after an addiction, a period of poor mental health, or overcoming other challenges. Some are looking to move closer to the jobs market or have ambitions to go to college or onto other training, and others are looking to make new social contacts while giving something back to their community.

Whatever, their reasons, our volunteers are amazing and we value every one of them highly.

All of our volunteers can access our high quality training programme consisting of our four week Connect for Success programme so we can get to know each other and provide you with the basic skills and understanding you need to volunteer with us. Our Level 2 training is made up of six training modules which you complete at your own pace. The training modules are fun and engaging and are a blend of workbook activities, group activities and practical training.
